If you are having problems sending or receiving messages, please try the following steps.
- Update your SUCHAPP app from Updates section.
- Restart your device.
- Go back to the list of chats, then open the chat you are having problems with again.
Please note that sometimes it may take a while for a chat message to show up after you receive the notification.
