If you are experiencing issues with video calls, it may be because:
- Your friend is not a SUCHAPP user.
- You are using an older version of SUCHAPP
- One of you has blocked the other.
- You have Allow voice calls turned OFF in the SUCHAPP settings.
- You have not both added each other as friends.
Note: Video calls cannot be made if only one of you has added the other as a friend. - Your device does not meet the recommended specifications.
